First field report

Hey guys, my first mid week field report. So i went to a young club. im only 22, so the general age is between 18-25. and i set myself the goal of opening 3 sets, and maintaining ioi's and if not. ejecting will still GHV.

So to summarize, i opened about 8 sets, ranging from a 1 set through to 5 set with a guy.
first set at the bar,

decided to open the girl at the bar HB7, that was standing with a guy, so i went traditional, X style..

'Hi, hows your night?" (over the shoulder), she politely replied, "better if you buy me a drink". i thought woah, she must really thing i have a low value. so i cooly, shot her down with a pretty strong neg. "what makes you so, intriguing that i would actually spend my money for your attention. Lets see what drink you surprise me with and ill return the favour." - at this point i was very proud of how quick on my feet i was.

so i proceeded to my general questioning, attempting to increase my value and talk about fun things i have done in the last few weeks. The guy starts asking me questions, how was this how was that. (could have really used a wing here lol) so i continued embelishing on my circumstances and proceeded to my next stage. she was young so i took her for the dancing type. im quite the mover for a tall guy. so i can really impress on the dancefloor. although it was really hot and i didnt want to work up a sweat, esp on a sarge. i said to the male. "excuse me, would you mind if i borrowed her for a dance?" - i dont think this was a smart move. but turns out that they are just friends. haha, just another afc. Danced with her. started kino,

from here things were looking good, few IOI's, she giggled at small jokes and sarcasmn. so i figured 20 mins was enough for rapport, i should close and leave. now silly me, wasnt thinking kiss close. so i simply asked her "can we hang out again, i have to catchup with the guys now, iv already been away too long, they will be missing me." she laughed and said "are you that important". so i had to play it off like i was something worth hanging around. took her number down, and said "there are entertainers and those that are being entertained. - im an entertainer" and i walked off with a small wave.

-guys id love to keep typing, but unless im writing the next "X Method or the game" lol, ill leave it at that....

thoughts and tips. -- oh by the way... i really suck with strong openers, to come in as a friend rather than someone hitting on them. TIPS please!

I'd say in order to not run into the issue of requesting permission from the other guy if you could dance with the girl or not, you'd do some questioning on what the relationship between them are:

eg: "yeah, I see you guys seem fun so how did you guys get to know each other?" This will make them tell you if they are dating/in a relationship/just going out with friends/AFC.

You can even AMOG the guy a bit if you feel like it by saying to the girl "your boyfriend's the coolest guy I've met tonight" and she will then either say "oh really? thanks" (something to that effect) or "oh no, he's just a friend/brother to me" which will shoot the guy down and indicate her interest towards you.

"How's your night" is a generic opener and I've used those at the beginning too, but I would avoid it because it makes the conversation a bit dull.

Instead you could try to say something like

you: hey, what's all this fun about?

target + AFC : What?

you: You guys seem like you have a vibe going on, so I came over to see what it's all about. Hi, my name is ________ (extend your hand to shake the guy's hand).

AFC: My name is __________

You: And you miss?

....

And so forth. This will give you higher value when you enter. Hopefully this helps.

Didin't really like the "there are entertainers and those that are being entertained. - im an entertainer" part... if you really are one dude, I don't think you have to say it. But anyway, you got the girl's number so awooohooo!!!
