Quick Sarge

Last night me and my wing went out to sarge at the local country bar. It was late already, plus it was dead in town due to everyone going away for the long weekend but as soon as we walked it there were sets everywhere!

Me and my wing have been running through wing set routines. One of us opens a set then the other swoops in and pumps up the energy of the set or saves it. Worked out brilliantly! My first set was a two set of an HB10 and HB8. Even though the HB10 had a bf she was throwing me ioi's and kino all over the place. I just treated her like a little girl and called her out on everything, she loved it! I find a great way to discipline a girl is to tap her on the forehead "should've had a V-8" style. I did this when she tried to whine about her ex-bf and it made her laugh and i brought the convo back to where i wanted.

So my usual opener is "who cheats more? men or women, what's your opinion?" I use it followed up by a story of my friend who has a gf i think is cheating on him. Can anyone help me out with a few other openers and transition stories?

If I were you (you seem to have great responses with canned openers), try using a few situational openers.

I agree. A lot of the regulars on here are starting to move away from the canned opinionated openers (not to say that they don’t get used every now and then). I use a lot more situational, and have started to veer towards a more Direct Approach. I am finding that they transition better, and that I am getting them to open up more. If you are running pure MM3 or MM4 a situational can still be used as an indirect. I have just never been a huge fan of canned material but sometimes it is a must.

So with that said ill give you one opinion opener that I like:

Kiss Opener:

PUA: Hey we are having a debate need a quick opinion blah blah
HB: Ok
PUA: If you are dating this girl and she goes out to a bar and makes out with some guy for fun would you consider that cheating?
HB: Of course
PUA: Hmm that makes sense… but here is the real question, and Ill tell you the reason I ask in a minute, what if she goes out gets drunk and makes out with another girl.
HB: (could be multiple responses what ever it is tease them about it maybe neg just get the fun vibe goin.)
PUA: Ok intresting, well the reason I ask is that my buddy over there is dating this chick and she likes to go out get drunk and make out with girls. Now some guys would find that hot, but he isn’t cool with it and thinks it cheating. She says its not blah blah blah… and your off to the races.

Every time I used this one I got the set open. Hope this helps

tcomea maybe you should give him a couple situational openers cause your way better at that and are really quick on your feet. my opening isnt the strongest part of my game, but i transition and get them talking, building rapport and everything else like a champ haha

Really anything about your environment. All you have to be is fun and different.

also a crash and burn opener is such a good one. is seperates you from all the other schmoes and schmucks but also builds rapport and understanding. crash and burn openers work really well cause they become comfortable with you so fast that kiss closing sooner becomes a lot easier.

the whole idea that you do with a crash and burn opener is that you use other guys failures to help you. so lets say there is a HB10 getting hit on left and right and no guy seems to be getting far. wait until one fails and just come over with just a natural feel for conversation and interest and open her about his failure or just open her about what you saw. "OMG, every single guy here is trying to pick you up! how annoying is that? you need to hire somebody to keep all these horny guys from ruining your night!" or even something so simple like "wow you just keep getting hit on by everybody. how did this last guy do?"

but you can use just about anything in the situation that you see. i saw some girl turn around and like hit some dude in the throat on accident and spill his drink. after she bought him another one i took advantage of his missed opportunity on this HB8 and said "hey there bruce lee. good thing you didnt throat chop me, i wouldnt have been so nice!!...." i did it with a smile on my face just like i was joking and then just transitioned into a natural conversation and fun conversation.

i had a great opportunity to say something like it a couple days ago. it was the bf Opener i heard.

in case you havent read that:

guy- do you have a bf?
girl - yes
guy- me too.

he turned around and went back to his friends.

hahhaha now that i thiink about it i could have said something like: hey whats wrong with you? you are getting picked by gay guys!!!

could have presented myself then transition into the: dont be rude introduce me. it was a 3 set.

man do i love situationals.

Thanks guys, great stuff here. I especially like the recovery of the opened set by you crobinson1 on the spilled drink. Some guys just don't know what to do even when a set opens ITSELF.

My friend and I have also been trying non-verbal openers. Basically, while in set we look to lock eyes with another set and when we do we blow kisses or wink use the "i know you from somewhere" face. If she responds positive then you know you have already opened the set and it takes care of the initial anxiety.

This works also if you're getting blown out. The other night my friend motioned two girls he made eye contact with the "help me the chick is crazy" look. Basically he made the new set come save him from the old and busted set. I quickly followed suite and opened the new set with him right as he was explaining the crazy girl was his ex-girlfriend for a long time ago. It's not lying, it's flirting right Either way we number closed both girls that night.

Now i'm not sure where to mention this, but i've found it remarkably useful. When negging a girl i like to lightly tap her in the forehead and say "should've had a V-8!" in response to a silly remark or something she should know better. For example, HB8 was talking about her b/f's being douchebags, so my response was "DONK, should've had a V8 and not date douchebags!" Got her to laugh. I've used it a few times and gotten good results.
