Silent opener

Ok guys, I've hit a roadblock, and need some advice. I'm going to Hungary in a couple months, and a few of my buddies are there already. They go out every weekend, and they say the women are FINE but many of them in the area speak poor English if any. I've been trying hard to develop body language techniques and fun visual routines to build attraction (I can almost always open a set without talking, but after that...), but Comfort building is a B*TCH to overcome. I went to a coffee shop on my day off and was fiddling around with some cards, doing simple tricks. Some girls were a couple tables over, and i made sure they saw me. when they became curious, i made eye contact and gave them an inviting smile. They whispered to each other, and i motioned for them to join me. There were three of them, my target was an HB8 with black hair, kinda gothy (her friends were not as attractive to me, but still 7's). It was a good chance to work on my silent routines. Anyway, they came over and watched as i did simple, flashy tricks. My target started trying to talk to me, but i met her eyes, raised a finger to my lips, and said "shh...!" like she was being rude by talking. They stayed quiet and curious, and kept watching me. I played the part as best i could. No talking allowed. I was using every trick in the book to convey the message of "i'm letting you into my circle of magic, but the price is silence". At one point, i even had the target move away from the table (physical neg)while i entertained her friends. I winked at the other girls, smiled deviously to make them laugh, blah blah blah and continued. Around this point they were hooked, I had attention, I had value, everything was working great, then... what next? how the hell do you go to the next stage without talking? how long can i hold a group of girls silent???? I had no choice, I ended the cards gambit and continued normally. Number Close, nothing special. I gotta nail this routine to the wall before I go to Budapest, i feel SO close! ~ HELP!
