First infield experience

So, I was at some club for my after prom and my friend knew a girl named Isabel and we were introduced but I went to go dance. After an hour I went to go talk to her and to be honest it made me a bit more comfortable that: one, it was my prom night and two she knew my friend and we were introduced beforehand. So, this is what I did:

Me: Why aren't you dancing? This is a party not a line (said it with a little laugh and a smile on my face)
HB7: I have a boyfriend and I don't know anyone here
Me: Well, now you know me, nice to meet you! *handshake with hand squeeze*

I wasn't quite sure if I got a hand squeeze back so I didn't take it as an IOI but as we began to talk I used some tricks to get her attractive to me,did a lot of negging, and my social proof was there because every now and then my friends and girls who are friends would come over to say ''what's up'' to me which was cool because they were somewhat helping without knowing they were helping. I asked if her hair was really and pulled on it gently from the back, I told her how short she was saying I could see right over her head (this was because she said I was too tall for her to dance with), I asked her if she was insecure about herself because she wasn't dancing (not sure if this is a neg though). I did some tricks like the Mystery ESP which was kind of cool because she did believe in ESP and I performed the trick perfectly.I also did the 5 question game which I got her on the fourth question when I asked if she had ever played it. She was really becoming comfortable with me because when I would stop she would ask questions like, ''what kind of person you are?" and sh1t. Now, when I asked her if she would like to kiss me is when i lose control of the situation. She said she had a boyfriend and I couldn't break that boyfriend shield. So, I told her to slow down and that I wasn't giving her permission to kiss me which made me maintain the conversation without it being awkward but that's when I became a chaser. What completely blew me a way was when we kept talking and she cold read me and almost all the people I knew. I'm an AFC so I got stopped by the boyfriend shield and blown away with her cold readings. She told me to cold read her but I didn't know how so I stared in her eyes for like two minutes and laughed saying ''I don't know how too". Anyways, I didn't get to kiss her, I didn't get to number-close because once again I couldn't break her boyfriend shield. On the bright-side I did talk to a girl I didn't know and hug-closed her =P



P.S after I left the club I did a little opener I created, I doubt it's of any use though. I tried out on these ladies who were clearly in their late 20's

Me: Hey, is it your prom night too?
HB8: HAHAHA, my prom was yearsssss ago!
HB7: Awwww, it's your prom night?
Me: Wait, really? How old are you guys? I thought you're my age!

We then engaged in friendly conversation. They told me that they were from miami and about this guy who was lingering with them and their other friend who was easily a HB9.


P.S.S sorry if this is sh1t writing. I'm new at this, lol.

You actually did pretty well.. cold read is like an assumption of the type of person she is.. Using the word SEEM in a cold read is very important. For example.. You "seem" like the jealous type.. Hope this helped a lot.
