on campus pick up

On campus one day crusin thru the cafe scoping' out some potential girls to approach (local community college is a great place to practice some moves). I catch one looking, but I don't approach on first sight. Instead, I make eye contact, smile and move on. I plan on coming back. Later on in the day im in another part of campus and i see this girl again, she was on her way to a class so i let her continue on her way. however, i make a point to once again make eye contact and smile, i smiled a bit bigger this time, it was clear we were both thinking the same thing.(a connection has been made and i havent even said a word to her). It was time to make a move, so i planned on approaching the third time i seen her. as i was "casually" strolling thru campus there she was sitting at a table with her nose in a book. i wanted to catch her eye again so i went to the vending machine nearby and made a lil commotion. It worked! we caught eyes and i approached her. i said "I been seeing you all day, i might as well say hi". Introduced myself and flirted a bit, it was easy because i already had a hint she was interested. body language plays a big part in successful pick ups.

I like the eye contact move, really takes some of the pressure of the approach. Next report though try to include some more details of the mid-stages to close: for me anyway, it's nice to hear about the close since I have the most trouble with that stage. I suppose in your case though you probably knew you had it locked up by the body language and the close was just a formality. Sometimes the attraction is built before you even talk (such as here) but it is possible to lose that attraction if the conversation is boring.
