Shifting my focus in life

Hello for a while I have been aspiring to be a PUA. I say it was fun for a little while but then it just became discouraging and really I wasn't getting what I wanted or filling like I wanted. Therefor I am switching my path.

I am now going to be on a journey to be a true gentleman. I know the main theme in the pua world is "nice guys finish last" however I see that true in the short run but not the long run. I found that pecocking reall just kind of makes me feel like an idiot because that's what I think I look like. When I dress like a gentleman I feel more confident and get alot more attention and looks.

I thought I wanted to be a pua and Get Girls however the truth is I want to be a gentleman in every aspect not just relationship wize. My journey to be a pua has done alot for me to boost my self confidence but it is not the end goal that I want.

Do you do realize that peacocking isn't mandatory so it can be completely left out, and that PUA's are gentlemen too? You can dress like a gentleman while being a PUA.

Yes I realize that it was just an example. I know that a pua can to some extent be a gentleman however there are many things in the pua that I would not consider characteristics of a gentleman.

You are right! peacocking is not for everyone just like dairy products are not for everyone. To me is all about confidence, attraction, and saying the right thing at the right time. Peacocking helps, bt it will depend on the quality of women you want.

yeah I never peacock, I just try and look good. Get yourself into decent shape (if u aren't already) and get some nice looking clothes. I like to wear a nice button down shirt and some dark jeans but there are lots of possibilities.

But I like your post--you want to be a social, fun, awesome version of yourself, not try and mimick the PUAs you see in the videos. Everyone has their own style of game, but the purpose of the community is sharing tips/secrets that have been proven effective on large amounts of women, regardless of your style.

So maybe you aren't going to peacock, have same night lays, or do magic tricks--that's fine. Personally, I am not interested in anything of those things. But keep yourself open to a lot of the advice of guys on this forum (flirting, push/pull, Kino, dealing with cock blocks, closing etc.) because you can do all of these things and be a gentlemen about it.
