Working Field Report

My day-to-day journal of my game progress.

Day 1

Started the day by sitting next to a HB8 in the galley (cafeteria, for you non-military folks) at my work. We do not work together, but we occasionally talk. I made an intentional effort at strong eye contact on the way over. I should have put on a smile but it was pretty early. She had a leg brace on so I asked her about it. Apparently she tripped over her room mate's chiuaua when she came home drunk one night. I could have teased her a bit but instead reciprocated her dislike for the small dogs. I told her they reminded me of vermin (common enemy). I said I wish she had a cast (instead of a leg brace) so I could sign it, then again if I can get a hold of a bleach marker I still can. Throughout the conversation, I maintained heavy eye contact. We made a little bit more small talk then I got up to leave. Before I left, she asked me for my first name (in the military we go by last names). ioi

Later at lunch I invited another girl to a local joint. I made a conscious effort to talk to acquaintences we passed to demonstrate social power. I smiled a lot and teased her given the opportunity. She has a good sense of humor - said she would put her boobs on the bar so we can get our food faster.

That's good, that chick you were working on saw you invite some other girl out to a bar... Good Job...
Military chicks can be somewhat cagey.... Gotta remember that they are surrounded by men all day long and they all want the same thing from her.. SEX!! don't think she doen'st understand this in fact she is soo used to being hit on all day long that she naturally assumed you too were hitting on her. I think what you should do with this particular case is do exact opposite of what she is expecting. A typical come on initiated by small talk, military chicks have a plethora of men to chose from, and they Know this, so they chose the most Alpha Males of Alpha Males....

Thats a good idea.. I was thinking about just talking to her without obviously hitting on her, listen to her about her life, and rip on her bf given the opportunity - then when she and her bf break be the shoulder for her and make a move then.

I recommend you read the book "How to become an Alpha male" by John Alexander.
The book doesn't necessarily teach you how to be the AMOG but has great information, it helped me a TON!
Read it.

Yeah give it a read, but personally, I haven't benefited all that much from reading such books. I've read two such books and although they were helpful, I always felt uneasy about what I was reading. The reason being that what they were advocating wasn't quite ME. Not quite, how I WANTED to be interacting with chicks. Also there was always this looming uncertainty about the guy's game. The one thing that DID help loads, was the pandora's box system. I mean, DAYM, that sh1t is on point. It tells you about WHAT YOU NEED TO NAIL in order to get the girl. It won't necessarily impose a HOW TO characteristic on you. But I suggest reading the alpha male thing before tackling the pandora's box system. Right now, what I do is just be ME. And I DON'T hide my sexual interest in a girl. From the get-go I'm witty, and FUN. I'll always try to elevate her mood and laugh with her. She should know I'm there as a potential sutor. Even if I just wanna sleep with her. If you're flirting with a girl, and she isn't quite feeling you, step it up until SHE DOES. If she rejects you (something which WILL happen, don't worry it happens to all of us), just say something memorable and f@!* off to your next beautiful attraction .

Remember to keep it fun. If it requires that you be deep and all, then sure, but always look for opportunities to make her go "Haha". Not uncalled for ''funny moments'', but let it be known that not only do you understand her, but you can brighten her life. Eventually you'll have her doing things FOR YOU. As she'll wanna hang out with you more. Remember though, DO NOT GET STUCK IN THE ''No Sex'' ZONE.

Good suggestions for books guys. I've been trying to use humor more Amorphous. I'll pick up both books you two suggested as soon as I'm through with my body language book - and I'm looking at NLP once I knock out the basics One thing you mentioned which I need to nut up more for is being very openly flirtatious instead of just conversational with a girl, Amorphous.

Day 2-3

I talked to a few more girls. I tried to do some Kino on the first, but she seemed to have an adverse reaction so I pulled back. Our legs were touching and I would lightly touch her on the arm when I teased, but her torso was leaning way far back and once she literally moved a couple inches back. I’m reading a book on body language which says she is trying to distance herself from me. I found that kind of weird because I was making her laugh. From the course of the conversation she didn’t seem to into a relationship with any fellow military, so that kind of makes sense I suppose.
The next girl I talked to in the laundry room. One thing I tried this time and am happy about is leaving the conversation first. Before if we’re both headed out the same way and especially if I’m right behind her it feels weird and almost like I’m following her – but if I leave 5 minutes before, for instance, her laundry is all folded I feel more independent of her, and it might win me a few more points.
Some things I feel like I need improvement on is teasing more and more appropriately. What are some common things (including appearance) you can tease her on where you won’t come across as an ass?
I also wonder about poking fun at myself. It might make her laugh, but I’m wondering if it costs me more than it gains in the eyes of someone I’m pursuing.

If it doesn't feel natural, don't do it. Personally, I don't make an effort to poke fun at myself. That's for my friends, or the girl I'm chatting up, to try doing. I'll laugh with them and have no problem with it, but to make an EFFORT to poke fun at yourself for the game always seemed a litttle weird to me :/. I don't do it. If I happen to, then it's a result of natural progression of a fun conversation with the chick. Hmm, let me see if I can relay how I try to come accross with chicks. I'll use smilies. I'm a ", , " kidna guy with women. What kinda guy would you say you are?

You mentioned the military. If you're in a military environment, then I think you're in the perfect kinda place to f!@# some hot girls (unless that stuff is somehow restricted or prohibited)! Here's something I think would help allot. ALWAYS ask why they joined this military program (if that's what it is). This will let you know about the kinda girl she is. And you can play your game accordingly. More often than not, you'll get the similar answers. Also learn some fun games you can play at a table at lunch or whatever. Or ask the girl if she knows any. Something which involves both your hands being in contact together.

This might all take quite some time for you though, so don't worry about not getting it right and sh1t (as I'm sure you're aware of). Also don't focus too much on ''reading her''. Let the convo flow naturally, and occasionally monitor sh1t to see how she appears to be handling it.

Went on deployment, now I'm back and ready to work on some game!

Sorry for the late response, but if you're still active here it is...

I actually find self-depreciating humor very natural from time to time, the trouble is I worry that it will fark up my game. For instance - today on an Eject I said "Well I gotta get going - lot of big plans today. First I gotta get some Tequila, then I have to stomp some nerds on Call of Duty" I think it's funny, but is that really going to help me get laid? I would also say I'm a guy with women. Roger that.

Day 5

Making some goals:
Work out 3 times a week
Talk to 5 women I don't know/day

Today I got back from singing lessons and I thought I'd stop by the mall to hit up goal number 2. The first person I talked to was an older woman coming out of a store. I just said "Nice bag" to which she replied "No Hablo Ingles." It wasn't a burn, she was very obviously an immigrant.

I went to Macy's to pick up a belt and I neg'd hard on the girl working there. HB6 At one point I asked her why she likes working there, to which she replied "I love working in the men's department." "Wooooow.. did you really just say that? " She gave me a mother's day discount for 3 bucks, then she lightly touched my elbow on the way out.

I approached a random girl to ask her for directions to a place I already knew how to get to. No action here.

As I passed the cheap shops in the open area of the mall, a HB5 tries to pull me for some beauty products. I say something silly like "Do you really think that shade of mascara would go with my eyes?" We make some stupid small talk and its obvious I'm not going to buy anything, so she retracts a bit and I eject.

Can really use some tips on how to handle this girl..
Then I pass the cologne vendor. She is pretty cute, HB8. She says something like "Hey, I have just the thing for you!" I reply "If it's made just for me, surely you know my name." She pauses for a second then says "Uhm... guy?" I feign astonishment and say "How'd you know?" "Umm.. okay what is it?" "No, seriously - you nailed it. I'm Guy Fawkes from V for Vendetta. You probably don't recognize me because I'm not wearing the mask." She asks me if I wear cologne and I say "No I naturally smell this good." She asks me to smell something, I hesitate for a second, then smile and sigh to inhale. "Wow, that is way too strong". She grabs another one and says "Try this one, it's just for you" "You little fibber that's what you said the first time! " We talk about where each other is from and she says she's local to San Diego. "Explains the Padres shirt." I decide on one, but we try a few others first. "Okay, I have a deal for you." "What?" "I will buy this bottle of cologne but only if I get your number first." Eventually I give her my phone and she says "Wow this phone is awesome blablabla touchscreen." Then later "Can I text myself on this (IOI?) ?" "You're just looking for an excuse to use my awesome phone huh? "
My eject was God-Awful, but I think I recovered okay. We were talking, then I thought she rung me up, so I say something like "Well I gotta get going, talk to you later." I turn to leave and she says "wait, you forgot your cologne.. and you still need to pay." "Sigh, you caught me. I already got your number so I was planning to bail before you made me pay " "Wow!" "At least I'm honest. Right?" "Na, you should lie more "


Now, I'm no sucker. I realize that some girls throw their charms just to sell a product then never call the guy. I spent 75$ on a cologne I liked which will probably last me at least a year, so if nothing pans out I don't feel too robbed (and yes, I asked if they had a smaller bottle). This might still be a bust, but it felt genuine. My game plan is to ignore her tonight then call her tomorrow around 7 PM and ask her if she's working. No further thoughts planned out.

Told a HB9.5 confidently 'Hey I just wanted to say your outfit is very pretty' 'Ohhhh thank you!''You're welcome.' I could tell I should have been less reactive in my 'welcome, I was listening to some of Lovedrop's commentary about reacting to people and how giving too much of a response means they are higher value than you.

I ran some game on one another girl (HB7, but dark chocolate black I'm not really into - I like milk chocolate more). My opener was something along the lines of "I'm an alien trying to get back home - can you help me?" A lot of IOIs but not interested.

What I think I can improve on is when a girl does kino on me tease her and push her away, then kino back after a relatively short window in time.
