Master Openers

A lot of people ask me what’s a good Opener. The thing is, anything could work if it is delivered in the right way. Sure there are ones that are better than others, but the only way you are going to find out what ones work best for you is if you try them.

To be safe, have 2 or 3 openers that you have memorized and perfected. The more original, the better it will work. Take 5 minutes before you go out to think of them if you don’t have any already, and text them to yourself so you have them in your phone.

Also, you must also be aware of the environment that you are in. For example, one of my favorite openers is asking ‘cats or dogs?’ It is playful, innocent and fun. At a bar it works great. But day game it doesn’t work as well because women are in more of a logical Mindset.

Another huge tip, if you get solid eye contact – ALL YOU NEED IS ‘hi.’ The more flirtatious a look, the less you have to say.
My favorite is to improvise and point out something relative to the environment I’m in with a witty comment. NOT à ‘do you come here often?’

Finally, don’t waste opportunities. Just go out there and even if it is to find out what openers work and what don’t; TAKE ACTION.

It's post like this that get me ready! I've been slacking and know it. lol Whatever you do, don't let yourself take breaks. 3 fizzles in the same week from people who I thought I built rapport with got the best of me. Now it's time to resack up.

Awesome post. Last night I went to the bigger mall in the area and just tried some conversation starters. I realized going up to girls that work in a store is an easy way to have conversations for the reasons follow
- They work there and won't get fresh with you
- THey tend to be bored and want to talk

I was at the BN and the girl behind the counter for the starbucks was cute. Had short hair so I was getting a coffee anyway and asked her how the Tiramasu Parfait was, but I pronounced it par-fate. She giggled.

I also went into the abercrombie and fitch store and found that half the girls in there are usually hot. (Be weary of the age of them though). THe one asked me if I needed help, so I told her, "yeah actually, where did you get your outfit. It looks nice." - She laughed because they all have to wear clothes from their store. This may not work with everyone because some people may come off creepy, but it's more of the deliverance than anything.

Also, I tend to use an Opener in which you ask for an opinion. Girls love to give their points of view in on anything, so opinion questions are the best. They also can vary in soooo many ways which makes them great.
