Talking to girls at work to pick them up

Hey guys what's up? How do you go about talking to a girl who is at work? Do they like getting hit on at work? How do I show some ioi without going overboard? This is going to be my first attempt at pick up! I have never attempt ed a pu when I get laid it's because of luck not skill any help?

It can be done I'll tell ya that ha. It depends, you mean just in general, like a cashier or a waitress? Or a certain girl you've seen somewhere on more than one occasion?

Well If it's just spur of the moment, any cute girl working, it would be easy enough just to make small talk/ a joke, then be direct and say something like hey you seem cool I'm going to *such and such* you wanna go? or just ask her out, get number, somethin like that.

Waitresses can be more complex but if your with some peops and she starts hangin out with your group, maybe takin shots watever, then you can kinda just escalate from there.

If it's a girl you see somewhere often, just play it cool for awhile, wait for her to ioi, then find a common ground, maybe plan things down the road.

Ok I am assuming you are talking about picking up women you work with correct? This is tricky as the last thing you want is to get fired for unwanted advances.

There are things you have to consider when doing office pickup. How will it affect your work environment if she gets bitter or hurt?
Does your employer have a no dating policy?

Some offices do not monitor your computer usage and you have access to email or some form of messenger service like yahoo.

Now at the end lunch or break throw out an opinion Opener. Any will do. The key is to not give her any time to really answer. Give her you messenger or email addy and tell her to send you her answer. From here its all about text or instant messenger game. Whats worked for me is to keep an edge of secrecy to it all. Women think its exciting to be secretive. For the first couple of days keep the conversation to light and flirty. Then on the day you want to actually go out with her start using sex inuendos and really pour it on. Do this from the time you get to work till lunch. After lunch ignore her. Do not say anything to her unless its work related. Then on your last break of the day tell her you are going for drinks after work and she should meet you there. While you were ignoring her she is getting more and more insecure about why you arent talking to her. So when you finally tell her to join you for drinks she is relieved and won't say no. Then for the rest of the day start talking fantasies, would she rather do it in the conference room, on her desk or the copy room with her favorate star? How about in the rain, in an elevator or in a hotel jacuzzi with her fav star? When she asks you merely say all the above and move on to the next question. This will get her thinking about sex.

Now when you guys arrive at the venue, dont touch her or even flirt with her just start some normal bland conversation. Invite her to play pool or trivia on the TVs if your bar has it or any other game. Preferably pool because it gives you a way of brushing past her without actually touching her. Then after about an hour of this move close to her and say, "You know there has been something I have been dying to do since the first day i saw you," Keep eye contact, lean forward slowly and brush the hair from her bangs. If you get no objections continue to lean in and kiss her. Start with a peck, look at her eyes again and smile, then lay a good passionate one on her. let that go for about 20 seconds then end the kiss. Give a 'hmph' and return to the game. Now if you win look at her and say wheres my prize with a smile. If she wins give her a kiss and say theres your prize. By the time you are ready to call it a night she is putty in your hands. Tell her you want to show her something funny on youtube back at your place and she wont have any objections.
