street game, direct openers in Canada, what am I doing wrong?

I just recently overcame my aa. In past two weeks I opened directly over 20 girls that I met on street or in a mall. Still no success. So my question is: What the f**k am I doing wrong? I always thought that once I learn to deal with AA, everything would go smoothly.

My approaches are like this: When I'm passing by a girl, I look at her face judging if I want to meet her... If so, after 2-3 secs I turn back and run after her (she is still pretty close). Then I say something like: 'Excuse me. I just passed you by and my first impression was that it might be interesting to get to know you'. I also tried '... and I thought I would like to meet you' or '... and my first thought was that you are absolutely beautiful and I would love to meet you', etc. The reactions I get are either 'I have a boyfriend' (that happens very often) or "I'm in a rush", etc. I do smile in a friendly manner and maintain EC, at least when saying the 'you are beautiful, I want to meet you' part.

My problem is I'm not fluent in English and I have a strong accent. Still, I would expect to have at least few positive reactions by now. In case it matters: I live in a ~300k Canadian city. Most girls think I'm handsome, although I have some flaws.

Hope you might have any suggestions. I would really appreciate that.

First congrats on overcoming your aa but remember that being a PUA is a step by step process just like you overcame your AA which is step one. You have to try and improve over a long period of time. Success doesn't always happen over night but you will improve guaranteed. Recognize which step your on and master it before you move on to the next step.
Try different approaches direct/indirect and keep up the good work.

Have you tried this Opener?

"Excuse me. I just walked by when I noticed you, I think you're really cute and wanted to say hi. My name is *insert name*." Then give the handshake. Easiest ioi ever (I got that one from another website).

Or you could keep it simple and ask, "Good afternoon, how are you doing?"

You keep doing the same thing and getting the same response. This shouldn't surprise you. Obviously, the Opener is not good and the delivery is not right.

Getting over your anxiety to approach is a very big step, but as stated previously, it only opens the first door. Each step will likely come with a learning curve.

Try some new openers.

ETA: Male looks really don't matter as long as you show good hygeine and show some effort.

I think that your openers seem a tad too desperate (Im not insulting you, I have big respect man) But try put some cocky funny into it to show value and that you also kind of dont give a sh*t. Keep us ipdated, u are on the road to success man!!!!!

Oh yeah dude I forgot to say, dont approach from behind because sub-conciously they can feel threatened, dont stand directly in front of them, stand sort of sideways. goodluck man, u sound like u got heart and that means u will succeed if you keep trying

Okay this is my first post so be gentle. I can see one or two mistakes here, firstly you are chasing back after a moving target and this shows too much of an effort; and secondly you are opening with a compliment, why does she deserve that, you don't know her well enough yet.

As a rule of thumb stop going after moving targets, its hard work and they very rarely stop, there are enough beautiful women out there who are in static positions who are easier to talk to such as bus stops, queues or even store clerks, anywhere a woman isn't walking is a good place to start. Then find an Opener that is consistent, all you need to do is get her talking, attraction comes after the opener.

Watch some "daygame" videos on YouTube...there are some really awesome 'live' 'real' videos where they show how to even kiss close in 5 min. But most of them easily get a girl's number in 5 min in these videos. body language is huge. I used to run routines that fell flat. I changed my body language and the success rate went up a lot

Body language is huge, but also the openers should be less direct. Personally I like the indirect and Situational openers because It creates connection immediately. I make it sound like it happened to both of us. (most girls like the feeling that when they have a man its them and you against the world so every experience would revolve around both of you. By creating that connection you are playing the game.
In Canada I found it easier with, "Quick Question, (Opener)."
Dont be like," You looked interesting.... " That gives too much interest when she hasnt qualified herself to you. WRONG.

I was in Vancouver saw a girl with a dog while passing by I just said "Damn thats a fat dog!" knelt and asked if I can pet the dog to which she smiled and said yes. I then petted the dog and said She doesnt take you out very much does she. To which the girl laughs and boom opener from there we exchanged numbers and I went on my way.
