Default Reading The Way of the Superior Man

Guys,

I got this book last night and I have read a ton of it already. It literally changed my life in like, one day. Today I am living differently than I did yesterday. Tomorrow, I will awaken a new man, with a new life, because of this book.

It's called The Way of the Superior Man, by David Deida. The iBooks version was only $10, and it's great. Steve Nash recommends it, it's #1 on his book list, so I had to check it out. It definitely delivers. I don't agree with all the Eastern spiritualism in it, but the book is jam-packed with the most enlightening stuff ever. It will change your game. It's almost a PUA book in disguise.

Ya I read this one about 5 years ago. Changed my life also.

I can also recommend The 4 Hour Body (by Tim Ferriss). Reading it now.

I'll definitely check out The Four Hour Body. My friend recently loaned me the Four Hour Work Week also by Tim Ferriss, and I have not yet read it, but I plan to begin it next week.

I read The Way of The Superior Man last month and was very impressed. In one of David DeAngelo's products he had mentioned the book a few times so I picked up a copy from Amazon.

I literally read the whole book in one sitting (doesn't happen often) and keep going back to it as a reference when certain situations arise. It's definitely a must-read.

The 4 Hour Work Week is a great read for changing your priorities and reconsidering your life goals. The younger you are when you read it, the better. Bill, I have also read the 4 Hour Body....good stuff. What are your fitness / nutritional goals, and are you finding the book helpful?

Well, I read a book for 4-8 hours depending on how thick it was.

Sometimes I will not even start a book if it seems to long... need to stop that though.

Since you all were so impressed, I just got myself a copy of this book. It's not very thick, which is a huge relieve . I'll post my opinion of it when I'm done.

4hour body, is that the one that tries to get you to have 4 hours sleep a night?
