Must-Have Books for the PUA

i want a good free book on countering Approach Anxiety .
any advice?

Thanks for putting together that list! 38 books is quite a lot for any newbie to read though.

If you actually buy all of them, you'll have to cough up $760 USD (assuming their average price is only $20) - and if you actually read all of them, you'll have to spend 380 hours (assuming they take an average 10 hours to read each).

For the real beginners out there I would NOT recommend them to spend that kind of money, but most importantly, all that time, sitting around their house reading. In my opinion, they are much better off with only getting 1 book for 25 bucks that is more comprehensive by itself, such as W. Anton's "The Manual: What Women Want and How to Give It to Them", and then go out and actually start trying the material out - such as following the step by step guide at the end of it.

A couple of other guys have already recommended it in other threads and I know it's quite popular simply because it makes you wanna go out and Meet Girls instead of reading more books.

For those who like to read a lot however and want to dig deeper into more theory I think the books you've listed are probably all great for it and appreciate the time you spent putting the list together.

They're not all books, some of them are audio programs and agreed, some of them are quite ( in some cases, ridiculously ) expensive, but it's the best investment in your future self you can ever make. If you don't do it and you don't commit to it, no one else will do it for you.

Quite probably, the price tag for ALL the books combined quite easily surpasses the $1200 mark. Even so, what do you want : a fulfilled, enriched life or just go about like you did before you joined the PUA community? The difference between the former and the latter is IMHO worth the price tag, hours spent reading/listening/watching and the most important thing : APPLYING what you have learned.

Of course, you don't buy all the books at one and read them head to head all in a week, that's just stupid.

The purpose of this list is to compile the books that I've read over the course of 5 years that really work, giving the choice to other fellow PUA's the opportunity to choose what they need from this particular list. NOT to buy them all at once and digest them like they're junk food. No.

Best way to conquer approach anxiety is to conquer your social anxiety and fear of rejection.

Walk into a mall with a shirt that says, "I like it in the a$$"
or, walk into a food court, and scream... "I Love @nal beads."

Then go out for the night because the most embarrassing thing that can happen to you that night is what you put yourself through when you did whatever it was you did at the mall. So, anything else can't compare.

Just kidding. It's sort of a very drastic method, but I bet it would work.
Best way is to just learn how to Approach A Girl without expecting anything in return, for example, randomly talking with a girl at the mall (warming up) and then just leaving. Compliment her hair or whatever. It will help you overcome the feeling of being rejected because you aren't expecting anything from the encounter.
