Exclamation The 4 HORMONES that are KEY TO PICKUP - PUSH-PULL EXPLAINED

4 basic hormones that make pickup happen. Google them if you doubt the data.

Cortisol (men and women): Keep that hormone in the woman at a minimum level. It causes stress and bad mood, and she will associate that with the guy who caused it. Also that hormone causes an unstable mood in both men and women which will screw the game. You know that cold feeling you get when you're scared. That's cortisol flowing. Cortisol also keeps pleasure hormones from making their effect.

Adrenaline (men and women): depends on the women, but if she's a teaser, almost hyper-active or a social butterfly, adrenaline can amplify emotional connection to the partner and the risky episodes they've been into. Thats why certain girls like cheating, or guys cheating their girlfriends with them and like risky moments.

Testosterone (men): try to boost this hormone to the limit. This is the hormone that gives an objective, the attention focus and the self-esteem to create a relationship with a girl. It also feeds you with sexual energy. That's why low self-esteem is a good humor destroyer and a sexual energy killer. This hormone can be raised by physical efforts, victory, happiness and good hours of sleep. Having a good Mindset and self-esteem helps testosterone production and helps a man feel more active and happy. It also makes benefits in terms of physical health.
*Stress produces cortisol, and this hormone blocks the testosterone from making its effects.
*Asma patients who take cortisone will also have development problems because cortisone also kills testosterone effects

Oxytocin (women): the famously called "the love hormone". This hormone makes the emotional connection of a woman shoot through the roof. Its released in bigger amounts in the morning and during sex. This one is the key for a girls love. It's a hormone that works like a drug. When a woman is closed to a man she loves, this hormone rises. But when his love is distant or in conflict with this woman, this hormone gets down, and as a drug, the girl feels a "hangover" which makes her miss that man. To refill the high oxytocin values, the woman needs to be with someone that makes her happy, that rises her oxytocin levels: her love, or a third person.

*We should note here that some relations and some pickup games sometimes end in nothing for no reason because there are no sufficient risks of abandonment by the man's part (Push-Pull, getting mad and not responding are examples of those risks). This lack of risks makes no strong difference in the values of this hormone but only a line of oxitocin levels getting down slowly. Till it's too late

Cortisol is actually THE stress hormone; it's released when one is stressed. It gives the person the burst of energy to deal with the stress - similar to adrenaline. If my understanding of endocrinology is up to par, it's pretty difficult to get this specific hormone flowing in anyone in general unless they're in a legitimately stressful situation (ex - life/death, severe emotional distress, school/work issues piling up, etc) or if they have some sort of psychological disorder (GAD, for example). Cortisol should be the least of your worries

Adrenaline is the best to play around with. This one is easy to get a woman to secrete. Fortunately and unfortunately, our bodies haven't caught up with society, so we have that "fight or flight" response (that feeling you get in your gut is adrenaline) for nearly everything. That's how you get stressed and cortisol is released as well (too much cortisol from prolonged stress is what'll make pickup a lot more difficult because she'll be a wreck from all the adverse effects and you wouldn't be chasing her, anyway). Messing with her adrenaline levels is key because it clouds judgement for a while and it's very easy to induce - just do something she won't expect. Never underestimate surprise

You hit the nail on the head with testosterone.

As for oxytocin - that's the fun one that makes Kino so effective. It's secreted when one is touched. Helps build trust, comfort, etc. The more you touch, the more trust you build, the easier it is to escalate.

Here's a hypothetical scenario with the hormones you mentioned:

    Prior to the date:
Anticipation - you're both having scenarios in your head, wondering what's gonna happen, etc. Oh, would you look at that? Sinking feeling in your stomach - adrenaline, maybe some cortisol (no harm). You're obviously thinking of banging her - testosterone.

    The Date:
Meeting each other - go for a hug --> oxytocin. Gets her comfortable. Loosens her up, might even release some adrenaline if it's one of the first dates.

    Gaming:
Kino - keep it up. Oxytocin. Even more comfortable. Adrenaline is only natural at this point. She's excited, heart is racing, blood pressure is rising, her judgement begins to cloud a bit, making her a lot more receptive to your kino - more oxytocin. Your testosterone should be through the roof right now.

Anyway, I think you get the point. For the record, I didn't double check any of this, so correct me if I'm wrong. I just fvcking love endocrinology

You didn't mention dopamine, though. That's the pleasure hormone, my friend.

Thanks for the big plus for this kind of information. I didnt double checked either. All this comes from my two years of science school and comparisons made with evolutionary psychology. I think its very important to know what makes pickup successful

Exactly. What better way to understand and be successful with pickup than being able to control what controls? (Tried to sound philosophical, failed due to sleep deprivation, but you get the point)
