i didnt say it hurts my feelings, i said it was offensive, and since even though i phrased that as nicely as possible your being a prick about it, fuck it, now you get to hear what i really think. pimping is just a word, yeah but its how you use it. if you are indeed an elitist you wouldnt have to find ways around using certain words or admitting to what your doing rather than making a mockery of it by defining it using a word also used to avoid calling something exactly what it is. so it doesnt matter whether your using it to describe prostituting women or picking them up which coincidentally are very close justifying why we ask that you at least make the distinction when posting.
you can have your own personality, unless your personality is being a fucking douchebag to the people that youve learned a considerable amount from in the past however damn long. deny it all you want, to the nail for all i care but you wouldnt be here if you hadnt and nor would i. if i were taking life too seriously id be a lot farther along in it.
If i get a guy some a$$, he gets it for a day; if i teach him how to get it for himself, he's tappin forever

Why are you so mad? What are you really mad about? It's not me and if you think it is you're using it as a cushion. I wasn't being rude, I was just telling my opinion. Just. Like. You. Everyone has their own reasons for doing this. Your journey is different than mine.

P.S. On a different note, when people get angry at others its actually because they are upset about something they are or aren't doing, you should look into that.
Caveat: Just because I feel a certain way about my journey doesn't mean you should feel the same about yours.

If you can't say that you would rather die than not do it; you don't want it bad enough.

That giant paragraph of rage says you're mad. But anyway, thanks for your perspectives. I won't call it pimping. I'll just call it 'going out.' Have a nice day.=D

You've got to understand, if you've been here long enough you get a lot of flak for what we do here. A lot of people don't understand what we do and assume we're using women. That's why we're protective of our reputation and our moral code.

It's called Game for this exact reason. To remind people that this is just for fun. It's not everything.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “WOW...What a Ride!”

In fairness, there are A LOT of guys on here just looking to use women.

We are all selfish, the question is to what extent? But it's cool, I'll keep my sense of humor off the forums. I just don't think noobs should have to think they have to take it serious. That's part of the reason they are stuck in their head.

    Default Back to the Topic

Reading through this discussion, I'm really appalled at the behavior being exhibited by the individuals who call themselves professionals in the trade. Come on man, we're all in this together. The reason we all post on this forum is to give help and receive help on how to get the girls that we always wanted. This is no place to start a war on useless jargon. Slang is slang, and jokes, even if they are bad, are jokes.

In an effort to draw the conversation back to what the thread is, I'll add in some of my own books and audio stuff that I'm doing right now (I won't add in any that were already listed):

Robert Green: The Art of Seduction, the 48 Laws of Power, the 50th Law
Dale Carnegie: How to Win Friends and Influence People
    Tyler Durden: Real Social Dynamics
Joe Navarro: What Every BODY is Saying
David Deida: The Way of the Superior Man

I have read the Game, and I do plan on reading Mastery eventually. I have also read all of Derek Rake's stuff, Style's other works, and the more extreme things like Fractionalization and the October Man Sequence. I do hope in the future to be able to read the 7 Highly Effective Habits.

There's some great stuff in there though that I haven't heard of though. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

Honestly, anyone who hasn't read MM should go do it right now. It lays the groundwork for what every other author has to say on the subject. It's theory applies to indirect and direct, night game and day game, sarging and online dating, whatever game you're playing the MM is the foundation for it.

    GO READ IT!!!! NOW!

Excuse me for not understanding you, but what is MM?
