This is my first post and I will be posting a formal introduction shortly. However, I have been reading a lot of threads and have read a ton of great post. I want to recommend a book that will improve everyone's inner game. I actually believe this book should be required reading in high school. It is a book for depression; however, its principals in the first 5 or 6 chapters will help with inner game and insecurities. It is based on cognitive therapy and the book is... drum roll...
