Work out your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. Search kegal and reverse kegal exercises in your search engine and find out how perform them. The kegal will help you with the next part. The reverse kegal will relieve pressure from your prostate (male G-spot). When used during sex it will allow you to thrust for longer.
The next thing you will learn is the multiple orgasm. You can practice this when you masturbate, all you have to do is bring yourself to that “point of no return” when you start getting those spasms, then stop stimulating yourself and tense your kegals as hard as you can until the feeling goes away. A little bit of cum will come out but you wont have experienced a full orgasm and you will be able to keep going. When having sex its the same thing just pull out stop stimulating and tense those kegals.
A lot of the time the stress and pressure to perform is what causes you to ejaculate sooner then you want to or even straight away, but with the multiple orgasm that stress and pressure will disappear.
This is what I done when I was had trouble lasting. I will admit there was a few times under 10 seconds. Now I am so confident that I can last as long as I want with out even using multiple orgasm.
