Cool what has work the best for you overall where you have received results?

Well for me I gotta say just going to therapy in general add being on medication. I think you can learn very much throughout your life and not go anywhere until you fix what's needed to be fixed with yourself a first. It's extremely easy to blame others and say no that doesn't work about everything you've ever read but its hard to blame yourself. What are the best results you've gotten whether it be working out, motivation from friends? just anything

My motto, Everything that happens to you in life is your fault, if I take more responsibility for the negative things that happen to me then I make a larger effort to improve myself. Blaming anything or anyone other than yourself gets you nowhere. Now I don't mean get down on yourself and cry about how everything is your fault, but rather look back at every negative situation that happens and think "what could I have done personally to change it into a positive one" and then improve. You can't control the actions of everyone else, but you can always control the actions of yourself.

understanding that nobody can make you happy except yourself. If you are miserable, it does not matter how amazing of a girl you get, she cannot make you happy. That's why they say "money can't buy you happiness." It's all about your personality, pessimistic people will always be unhappy. If you want to become more happy, you need to change yourself. Having women and money can make life easier, but in the end you'll have the final say in whether or not you are happy.

I really had that 'no pain, no gain' macho attitude and used to laugh at and think people were soft in the head when they talked about these special bits of equipment like special running shoes, heel protectors and such like. It reeked of gimmickry and this metro-sexual play it safe mentality that is endemic throughout our society. I had laughed at this but after for instance a long walk or a hill climbing session wearing normal shoes, my feet would be full of blisters that I was practically hobbling for days afterwards but I was 'man' enough to get through it. I had got the Solitary Fitness book by Charles Bronson. While it is primarily about a certain fitness routine, it gives tips and help on how to workout properly, diet and other assorted things. One of the quotes from the book was that your body is an engine and you need it as such. If you have a car, you need to ensure the engine is well maintained, it regularly retuned and ensure who you properly lubricants/fuel. You wouldn't misuse the engine in your car so you wouldn't misuse your body. With that insight, I realised that I didn't want to exercise to look good but to feel good. I kept to my exercise routine, warmed up and down properly, stopped eating crappy foods and above all listened to my body and if I was having an aches and pains, find out why. An example of this is was with my walking. You can't walk if you don't have any feet. I started wearing proper shoes, heel protectors, tried different things on the market to see what worked. When I go walking now, my feet are still a bit sore but not as bad as before. I think overall, do fitness to keep your body so that it works as efficiently as possible and for importantly do it for yourself.
