thanks for telling me this Instinct. I am sick and tired of buying overpriced crap from rude people. If you could live out of tupperware then so can I and I can find somewhere to eat it whilst out of the home office.

i just have to make 2 or 3 solid decisions, committing them to paper, and get a little bit organised, looking ahead. it may teach me something too

thanks mate. i needed that encouragement from ya

If you really want to get in shape, we can talk sometime, and I will tell you the basics of the program that I had guys doing, diet and training wise to get sick results. The thing is, there are a lot of boring basic plans out there, but I don't trust anyone who cant get someone else in shape fast, and most of the trainers I see have miserable, hungry, fat clients, who get almost no results for months on end.

When I was training people, I didn't advertise, and I turned away 90% of people who wanted my training. I only took people who I KNEW would put in 100%, because if they where loosing tons of fat every week, and building strength, and confidence, and getting tan and brighter eyes and clearer skin, and then one of their friends decided to get in shape...maybe that friend didn't come to me, for the first 6 weeks. But when they got little to no results with your typical wanna be trainer who still uses the food pyramid and doesnt understand how saturated fat and cholesterol actually give you GOOD results (oops, that was one of my secrets!) , they were begging for it!

The way I had people eating and training was radically different than what the other people where doing, but they were way healthier, and way happier, and got much better results. My point, dont worry about a trainers advertisement, look at their clients results. That is the only thing that matters. The same applies to this pua stuff, don't judge them by their 600 word e-mails or e-books full of ripped off mystery method, watch hidden camera infield footage, not just opening, but comfort and closing.

Not speaking from a PUA-wannabe perspective, but like i said in my intro thread i gave up all bad eating habits for the sake of looking and feeling good and healthy. I have always tried to diet, but this Mindset i'm in never kicked in until now. I used to be a whore and a slut for beer, and now i dont even care!

Results > food, beer, soda, junk, etc.

If you must eat junk food (lots of diets allow 1 cheat day every 7-10 days, which makes perfect sense) just make sure you go back on track, make sure you dont binge, and make sure you are aware of what you ate/drank.

I have one advice for those who go out and drink. After going out you may be tempted to do a drive-thru or what not, that's really bad for you. Always have a meal prepped before going out. I always do high protein, low-fat, no-carb meal for after going out. Usually that's a baked or grilled chicken or fish. or sometimes i just eat a couple spoons of no-fat cottage cheese + black/blueberries.

I've been on a crazy diet/workout roll, i've made HUGE progress, even though im no expert but feel free to ask questions. Im so obsessed with fitness now that it does honestly make me very happy to help.

i am still a slut for coffee. i dont add sugar to anything but yep i drink fizzy drinks.
i have lost a bit of weight lately due to increased exercise, but my decision now is that the coffee is going. the coffee has been a prop of my game for so long now that picking up the chick making it or the waitress has gotta be old game now.

i need to take stock of myself and shift my game into a new environ that doesnt involve drinking coffee or soft drink. i have been off the booze for 10 years or so, so there is nothing there for me.

i like the last idea of prepping a meal before i go out... thanks i am gonna try that.
