    Default Beneficial exercises

    Fellas, I've been on the fence about what it is women like physically. In my efforts I've noticed a few things within myself as well as outside that could be a pivotal point for the physical aspect of your game. Obviously the point is to attract, I'm thirty one and I pull mostly 22-38 year old women, more so on the younger end. One thing I know sticks out for me is my physique, I play allot of games in the field, I use allot of unorthodox methods that typically works for me, I am also a bar/club gamer and these tactics are ideal for the atmosphere.

    Not to belabor my point, but I do allot of weight training and one move in particular allows me to maintain my physique with ease. If you've never heard it before squats are a vital excercise to my routine, I do them anywhere from 2-3 times a week, coupled with brown rice, steamed brocolli, your choice or chicken breast or fish (salmon, tilapia), I'm able to maintain a great weekly diet and "cheat" on the weekends especially for those late night dinners and snacks some women like to engage in.

    I like to use Kino, in reverse, I brush up against women in a way to reveal or give them insight on what they're already thinking, this workes for me because it can be taken as intentional or accidental and I always reveal my intent. It's very rare I get no type of response about what they felt, may sound arrogant, but this is about personal game right? I get my point across and many women love an athletic shaped man, from online to in person game.

    Anyone want advice let me know, I'm always available for critiques and such, get at me.

    I'm on Wendler 531. I go for the big 4 in power lifting Bench Press, Overhead Press, Squats, Deadlifts. Big exercises like these just make you feel so awesome after. That feeling of jelly legs after a hard leg day. I fell down a flight of stairs on 2 separate occasions and I'll do it again!
