    Hey..
    My pre and post workout drinks depend on my mode and exercise which i am going to do but mostly i like protein shakes

    For metabolic conditioning, my preference is protein shakes. If shakes are not that good in the long run I'll take your word for it. Otherwise, I prefer two cups of organic non-fat milk and a cup of plain oatmeal.
