I am totally agree with you because some people take it light to reduce the wight but they can't chase their goal.. The one and only one reason behind it is lack of consistency in their weight lose programs........

I used to be intimidated by gyms, weight rooms, and the guys who roamed their hallways, their forearms bigger than my head.

    No more.

I got a personal trainer for two sessions per week for ~2 months. We trained in a gym, and I told her I wanted to go through all of the different machines and free-weight exercises available. I wanted to try everything.

After that initial investment, I can now go to the gym and feel at home. I'm not intimidated by the burly guys there. In fact, I've made a couple of friends at the gym I'm at now.

I've dropped 35 pounds in the past year and a half. I'm 10 lbs. away from my goal. That "Oh Sh1t" moment, when I realized that all of this work wasn't in vain, was when I was brushing my teeth one day and saw my arm muscles ripple. I stopped, and thought to myself "What was that...?". And then I realized; I have muscles. And it's awesome.

Don't mind my friends, but one thing i want to tell that when you put on some weight, it doesn't mean you have some body problems. We know that green vegetables and fruits are best for us, but we don't care and want only fast food and oily food which has lots of fat.

There is the only one way to keep your self slim & trim and that is drink lots of water, eat only that food that has lots of minerals and exercise regularly.

Many so-called "health foods" are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that can actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat... yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.

We can lose fat when our body is more inclined to burn tummy fat rather than carbohydrates or protein, such as when glycogen levels (muscles sugar reserves) are low and the body is forced to use greater amounts of fat for fuel. The best exercise for each body type at the right time, a pyramid style of calorie ingested during a day, the correct macro nutrients ratio for each meal and meal frequency are more examples of timing which can boost fat loss without the necessity of reducing calorie intake, with the right timing you can tap into stored fat much quicker.

I can understand all the concepts here, but my biggest problem is, I love to cook, I'm great at it, and I love to eat. I have a really difficult time figuring out what to eat when I'm dieting, get stuck in the really bland diets for a while, then I break down and have to cook something over the top.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

    Hi Girl,
Simple way to lose weight is regular exercise and healthy diet plan.
Exercises you mentioned in your post looks simple but not easy, but why to cardio for 15 km?
Start with 2/3 kilometers and increase your distance gradually.
Do take fresh fruits and vegetables more in your diet plan.
Break your meal in 5/6 small meals.
Drink 2 glass of water before every meal.
    Chew food well before swallowing.
