    I will be honest with you, the fact that you are trying to help is great, but we have a lot of highly educated fitness experts in the field, myself being one of them, and we can see the problems in the diet advice, but we can also see why it worked.

    For example, if you are eating low carb, you NEED fat, and so for example, 2 egg whites, will give you zero energy (ok, gluconeogensis, I know I know, but thats like 10g of protein) , and you will start burning off lean muscle, and your metabolism will slip. If you are eating 15 grams of carbs per day, you are going to have a negative glycogen intake, and so doing any kind of intense cardio, will burn muscle right off of you, heart rate should be limited to 120bpm, honestly. Also, that was about 14 lbs of water in the first week, trust me. Dave Palumbo has a fantastic low carb diet with good advice on how to use it.

    It is great that you lost weight though, and I can see why, but don't give fitness advice if you have no education in the field. Like how many people have you personally trained? What certificates or degrees do you have? How long have you maintained a six pack? How many fitness competitions have you won? Things like that. I am not trying to attack you, but come on, you could screw someone up having them running and eating just egg whites and a piece of toast all day.

    first of all, no need to flame

    second, i never said i was an expert, and who are you to tell me I cannot state my opinion on a forum, It's not like I'm publishing my work to an accredited website. That's like saying we should verbally attack the people who post anything on wikipedia.

    third, egg whites were just one meal, notice how I said six. Most of the fat I took in was from nuts, one of the meals I proposed

    fourth, I forgot to put that I was having whey protein when I worked out, which gave me a lot of energy, and replaced glycogen without an insane amount of carbs. Sorry for forgetting that

    fifth, if you're going to plug your friend, Dave Palumbo, at least write your own advice, or give a website people can go to

    sixth, you could have just said hey, throw some more info in there, or I'll do it for you, and I would have been glad to

    seventh, I'll remove the post, since the way you responded was so harsh

    eighth, I was just trying to help a little

    Well I am sure you did not get fat overnight so you cannot expect to lose it overnight. The good news is that you can lose the weight faster than you have packed it on you. The miracle cure consists of working out and a healthy diet.

    Protein shakes was actually healthy. . I was used fresh fruit like apple,custard apple and also used cucumber for shakes and mixed up with the two eggs.

    Hi All,
    Most of the people think that dieting means to eat less.
    Dieting means to take full amount of proteins, minerals and fats your body requires.
    Raw food is best for dieting. Avoid oily and fatty meals.
    Fresh juices and protein shakes are also effective.
