    Do cardio exercise for 30 min or more to burn fat use a elliptical or bicycle instead of treadmill treadmill is too much pounding on joints.Try doing weight training for 30- 40 min to tone your body go for high reps.Remember to eat less carbs more protein,more vegetables.
