I'm after some self improvement books, or even advice from anyone here, that's not necessarily geared towards PU. Even some podcast type stuff I can listen to on my drive to work and gym.
I'm finding it really difficult to motivate myself lately. I know I have things to do and I know exactly how to do them, I just couldn't be arsed actually doing them unless there's big consequences involved.
My biggest problem is that I have no one to answer to so I find it really easy to become lazy.
I've been back in the gym a couple days a week for about 3 weeks now (I'm going to try and up the frequency this week) and started getting my diet back on track so those things will help but I feel like I need a complete Mindset adjustment.
Has anybody got advice on self motivating and reigniting that passion and constant drive for success?
