    Default Losing Body Fat FAST

    Hello Guys

    So i ended up not going to gym for about 4 months and now i hate my body again.

    I want to lose BODY FAT. and quick.

    What do you advice me eating?

    No carbs, run about 20 miles a week. It will melt off.

    Remember to keep fat and protein high. Focus on insulin sensivity and not high testosterone.

    Or get hGH, GHS or SARMS.

    Yoo man,

    DON"T CUT ALL THE CARBS, you need carbs. Losing fat is actually quite easy, eat less calories than your body needs. So if you need 2500 kcal a day, eat 2000. That's the way you lose fat. Calculate how much calories you need and download the app 'myfitnesspall'. This app can calculate how much you need. In myfitnesspall you can enter your food, which you eat. DON'T GO OVER YOU CALORIE NEEDS. Try to be 300-500 calories under your needs. Try to have at least 1 grams protein per pound and your fat can't be higher than 20% of your daily calorie intake. Do a lot of cardio exercises, those are the exercises where you will burn the most calories!

    That's the way how I lose pounds for my sport (and i do that every month) and that is the idea where every diet is based on

    Hey bro,
    Great advice from cocotuiri, I just want to build on it a little bit.
    I've been into fitness for almost 10 years now. I read a bunch of literature on the subject when I was in prison. What cocotuiri said about your nutrition is spot on. Eat less calories than you take in. Period. I would also suggest you eat hella vegetables (radical idea, I know) the fiber in veggies help to clean out your guts. If you haven't been eating right, you probably have a bunch of poop just stuck to your intestines (yuck!) so eat fiber-rich foods. Like nuts, vegetables, fruits, sweet potatoes, oats, etc. YES those foods are high in carbs (except the nuts) but those carbs are LOW on the glycemic index (they're NOT going to make you fat). Try eating less red meat, switch to fish or chicken, they have less saturated fat (high in calories).

    Also, as far as exercise..
    I'm not with the whole "Do a bunch of cardio" thing. I've researched the subject extensively and found that, while yes, cardio exercises burn fat, they also eat up your MUSCLE. And you don't want that. Not just because being muscular looks good, but muscles also burn fat <<<Long explanation, has to do with your metabolism, just trust me bro.

    I would suggest doing calisthenics. Pushups, pullups, burpees, body-weight squats, sprints, bear crawls, lunges, broad jumps etc. You don't need any equipment for these exercises (ok, maybe a pull-up bar).
    Do these exercises in a 'circuit'
    EX: one set of pushups, one set of pullups, one set of squats, one set of lunges - with NO REST in between sets. You rest after the circuit, then you go again.

    This is going to raise your heart rate (just like cardio) but you're also going to build muscle (which will literally burn calories while you sleep, as your body repairs the muscle that you just worked)
