Thought I'd make a thread for lifting advice, in honor of breaking 300 on the bench this afternoon. I graduated high school at 5' 10" and 130 pounds in 2011, and now weigh a nice beefy 195 around 18% body fat. Girls went from not really noticing me to grabbing my biceps at the club.. not to show off but when you work that hard in the gym and a girl is doing this it really motivates you further.
From benching 135 to breaking 300, squatting 155 to squatting 350. Any advice needed with nutrition, movements, which exercises to do, where to start, how to get to intermediate/advanced level, etc feel free to comment or message me. I train about 4 guys right now, 3 are absolute scrawn cakes like I was, one is intermediate level but has a goofy looking build since he just winged it and didn't balance muscle groups correctly.
