Default For the workout gurus out there

Quick question: I am halfway through Home Insanity Workout and am looking for other programs as well for alternating workout regimens for when i finish Insanity. Now, I hear good things about P90X, which is likely to be added to my repertoire, but I would like to hear some more suggestions for one more good program so that when I finish one, I'll take a small rest, start on the next program, finish, rest, next program, finish, rinse and repeat.

Im working to get in good shape and maintain the shape and my main concern is what to do after finishing a program.

So any feedback would be much appreciated.

    Thanks, guys

Hey man check out my thread real quick, https://www.puaforums.com/general-qu...tml#post136235

What are your goals with lifting? Are you kinda heavy and want to lose some weight, or are you looking to get a little beefier?

P90x isn't too bad, insanity, all those are decent. But they are more for fat loss, which can be maximized in other ways much more efficiently. The programs are easy to follow though, so most people go for them.

    Thanks for the feedback bro!

At the moment, I'm focusing on weight loss, but am wanting to do more than lose weight, i want to keep it off and live a more healthy lifestyle overall, so yeah my thing is im afraid that when i stop the program and dont effectively go for another, then eventually ill be back to square one.... i could just start the program over but then would be burning myself out while also my body adapts to the point that it doesn't really give me any additional results. But anyways you asked me what my goals were, they are to lose weight and build muscle, but also to maintain body shape
