    that's similar to a pyramid exercise. I goes like 1 pushup, 1 ab , 1 squat, 2 push-up, 2 abs 2 squats and so on.
    Here's another idea, take one colour to be a type of exercise you want to preform so that you can combine.

    That's a great idea.

    The biggest problem for me with working out is I get bored... that certainly will alleviate that.

    Hey Bill, I like this idea, I've been doing 100 push-ups a day for the last month. I'm a little guy (5'8 130 lbs.) so today I upped it to 150. I think I'll try this out with 2 suits, maybe the whole deck if it goes well. Thanks. Cool tip. Oh btw, I agree.. chic in the pic does have a bangin body.

    Update:

    2 days ago did 91 pullups. MAN was that hard!

    Yesterday did 91 push ups... again.. pretty hard.

    Working on curls today.

    People do this in jail/prison for work out.... I've tried the work out and actually enjoyed it even though my muscles are burnt out.

    been doing this for a few weeks now... tonight was pull ups.

    there is NOTHING fun about doing 91 pull ups... but my arms/back are loving it.
