I've been reading about an interesting nutrition plan. I've decided I'm going to try it out. It's the Paleo diet, any of you guys familiar with it. Or have possibly tried it at some point?
Actually i am using a supplement for my weight loss a month ago.

My current weight is 73 kg and my target weight is 65 kg...
Exercise is the most important part to reduce fat yoga is a best exercises to lose tummy fat.and walking is a good exercise do your exercise daily in 30 minutes. healthy diet is most important to your reduce weight
You'll need to do a LOT more Training Exercises to get Yourself in "shape"- before you pull THAT One off !! And REMEMBER; You've only got until August- to "get cracking" !!
