    Hi, is been a while since I posted something here. Ive been doing a lot of things and my schedule has been full. Since i got laid off yesterday(from a Sh1tty job I wanted out anyways) I have the time to work on a couple things, including giving more to the PUA community. Im going to open up and let you guys know some things about me for the sake of you guys learning and getting to the sexual point Im at right now.

    Two years ago i was nothing in bed. i would cum early, I couldnt control my erections like i wanted to, i had an average or a small *****, i was unhappy and i had 0 confidence. Everytime i had sex i was a mess. There are a million "tricks" out there for every kind of problem and i had to test each one of them while i was married. Im going to let you guys know which ones work so you can start working on becoming a monster.

    Kegels

    kegels are the most important piece in the puzzle. Kegels control the erection and they control the pleasure you feel. If you can control your PC(
    Pubococcygeus muscle) muscles, you can last as long as you want.

    Ive been able to keep going for 40 minutes until the girl asks me to finish. I literally had to push on the pc muscles to cum when she wanted it. Dont get me wrong here, i was having a LOT of pleasure, it was amazing, we were doing a lot of sounds and i was feeling my whole body in a state of extasy but i controlled myself until she was done a couple times.

    HOW TO FIND IT:
    The pc muscle makes yous ****** "jump" when you squeeze it. if you cant find it, go into the bathroom, start peeing and stop the flow, the muscle you are clenching is the PC muscle.

    Exercises:
    There are two kinds of exercises: long reps or short reps. short reps are great to improve erection or to correct erection problems. The only problem ive got with those is that those are a little bit harder to control. If you are and early bird(lol) and you still need a harder erection combine short and long reps. short reps are 1 to 2 seconds squeeze.

    longer reps are great to teach you how to control the pc muscles. Either way you have to combine a little short reps too.

    I know of a great routine but ill ask the author first before I post it here.

    What gave me the inhuman control, well, try mast*rb*ting while controlling the movement of the pc muscles, if it moves a lot you will end early. if you can control the movement of the pc you can last as long as you want. Takes a while to figure out but once you do, its like riding a bike, you will never forget.

    IF you are too sensitive in your glans you can either: use underwear thats in constant contact with it, or you can smack it LOL. I found that Smacking is the way to go. Have you seen an adult movie where the stud is smacking the girls thighs or butt with his *****? thats smacking and its mighty good to desensitize you a little right there on the spot. I love it and i always do it in a way where she believes im being dominant and very sexy and sexual.

    Time to talk about SIZE.

    Its hard to believe in yourself as an alpha if you have a small package. Its harder if you yourself believe its small and even worse if any girl has told you so. i never had anybody tell me but i always felt it was small. Porn make us believe you gotta have a 9 incher to be big. Truth is anything between 5.5 inches - 7inches is completely average. This is length we are talking about now. Girth is around 4.5-5.5 inches.

    Being average is not a bad thing. Actually its a great thing. Every woman should be able to take you in and enjoy sex with you. Being too big its a bad thing, many girls wont be able to have sex with you or it will be painfull for them. Some will not want to have sex with you again. Being big takes a lot of patience, understanding and care. You just cannot ram girls the same way a normal guy could.

    Better yet, size is not as important as being able to last(read 1st post) and have good technique and understanding about what girls want in bed.

    I was completely average, borderline small yet i had women tell me everytime how fat and big my penis was. I was puzzled. My ex was pretty happy with it beside the stamina problem i later figured out.

    So unless you are really small skip this next part and continue with the psychological part ill talk about later.

    Lenght - hard to gain. Takes a long ass time for you to show some improvement unless you are a big gainer like me. How long you may ask? a fucking year. YES i did lenght exercises for around a year, EVERY GODDAMN DAY. Its a chore, takes time, is dangerous and takes patience to keep going while you have little to show for it. Actual yearly gains go from 1/4 inch into 3/4 inch. I gained 1 1/2 inches in a year. Basically what you do to gain is stretch or push(called jelqs) blood into the chambers that hold it inside the penis. When you stretch, you stretch the ligaments that hold the penis so that part of penis thats hidden inside your body come out. Its what they do when they operate you for lenght, cut the ligaments then keep em stretched with weights for aroudn 6 months. What im talking about here is completely natural exercises.

    I can go into petty details with you guys if you want it and even post some routines. Most important part about it is to be careful so you dont end up injuring your penis and in a worse position than you were before. Thru that year i has ZERO injuries.

    Girth - i would say girth is the almighty. you can be 4 inches long and have 6 inches girth and she would feel like you are raping her with a football lol. the gspot is around 2 inches inside her vagina, when you have girth you put lots more pressure and stimulation on it. she will be blown away by all the stimulation.

    to gain girth what you basically do is push more blood into the chambers and hold more blood in them.

    Me being the fucked up, pornstar wannabe that i am, i am once again doing PE(penis enlargement) exercises but this time im going for girth. I expect to go at it for a year or until i go over 6 inches girth . Either way set your mind straight. If a woman tells you its small, its more likely she just wants to harm you. ditch the bitch.

    Just be happy and be confident.

    mentally what women want is action, its mental stimulation sometimes even more than physical stimulation. You have to be a man. that shit about being a careful girl in bed is complete bullshit. When you have sex a girl lets go and they want you to dominate her. they want you to be a MAN. careful and gentle but a man nonetheless. you gotta take her and make her yours. ITS NOT ABOUT YOUR PLEASURE OR HERS ITS ABOUT BOTH OF YOU. Be sure to satisfy her and if she was a One Night Stand you may get 10 night stands like style says.

    I've been doing Pilates exercises for the last 3 months, and all exercises involve: breathing, contracting abdomen muscles and clenching of the PC muscle.

    My back problem is gone, my posture is much better (gives you more confidence), my abdominal muscles are beggining to show up, combining with healthier food lost around 24 pounds (now I weight 180pounds, 6'4" of height), I'm sleeping better also (wake up before the alarm).

    In the last weeks I found out about the benefits of this Kegel thing. But don't know if the clenching of the PC done during the Pilates exercise are actually Kegel.

    I tryed the peeing exercise. I can cut the flow whenever I want, like 10 times during 1 pee with no effort. And can hold as long as I want too, until the need for peeing goes away. But don't know how to control ejaculation which now is my main goal.

    In Pilates we contract the PC muscle in every exercise for around 3 to 8 seconds... I would estimate something between 60 and 100 cycles per class.... 2 classes per week.

    Is it near the amount necessary to really develop the muscle and gain control over erection/ejaculation? And hold it for longer?

    Anyone here did the exercises really saw benefits and results? What kind of exercises you did? For how long? It was months? Years?
