longer reps are great to teach you how to control the pc muscles. Either way you have to combine a little short reps too.

What gave me the inhuman control, well, try mast*rb*ting while controlling the movement of the pc muscles, if it moves a lot you will end early. if you can control the movement of the pc you can last as long as you want. Takes a while to figure out but once you do, its like riding a bike, you will never forget.
IF you are too sensitive in your glans you can either: use underwear thats in constant contact with it, or you can smack it LOL. I found that Smacking is the way to go.
