    now a days everybody wanna slimmer body and nobody wanna looks fatter.they wannna a fit and fine body.here are some steps to get it.
    1.Go for veggies
    2.Eat fiber
    3.Don't switch foods radically
    4.Make health, not weight loss, your goal

    For me, 1. Proper Exercise (as much as possible 1-2 hours everyday) 2. Proper Diet (take more on foods and vegetables) and 3. Take a health supplement. (In my case i take MX Slender Factor, designed to be part of a weight control program). This is my routine to lose weight.

    Only thing you have to worry about is not to eat Carbohydrates and proteins in the same time .

    Why ? Because than pancreas starts making extra insulin for you metabolism.
