    Hi All,
    Do take more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet plan,
    Break your meal in 5/6 small meals,
    Drink at least 15 glass of water daily,
    Prefer fresh juices over beverages, soda and diet soda,
    Drink green tea,
    Do start exercise or any physical activity on regular basis to keep your body active and warm.

    The advice above is very good, but it is lacking a little bit. Portion size and control is critical. Cut out the junk food and fast food asap......After that, whatever you are eating for meals, you should cut the portion in half and then eat the other half of that meal about 3 hours later. For example, if you normally eat a foot-long sub sandwich for lunch, eat only half of it at noon and the other half at 3 p.m. This will speed up your metabolism and help burn fat. But, it doesn't work if you're eating Big Macs or pizzas. You must eat "clean" food. Avoid fried foods, fast foods, empty calories. Eat tons of veggies (not fried and not dripping with Ranch dressing). Get your protein from fish, chicken, turkey.....If you eat rice, eat brown rice. If you eat bread, eat whole wheat. But, keep your portions small and increase the number of "meals" you consume daily.
