    I think cardio exercise is best way to get good results in natural way and be fit,
    i also doing cardio exercise in morning....

    Thanks for your information, doing gym can help you to lose weight, but there are some exercises too, to lose weight for those who want to lose weight at home. Swimming, Jogging, running.

    The best thing to do for weight loss is a good diet and circuit training, its great for burning calories and toning muscles. Cardio is good but takes longer to burn the calories than a good circuit. Buy your self a copy of 'Mens Health' next time your at the store or go on their website, theres loads of circuit ideas on there. They can be done at a gym or home if you have the equipment.
