I started working out in Jan doing pushups and crunches. Didn't really put on any weight kept losing it.
So I joined the Gym last week doing full body workouts every day for 3 days strait. Took Whey and increased my protein intake. Started at 158 in Jan now I am @ 165lbs 6'3. Don't really notice it yet. Worked out this week 3 days strait full body. I'll do 1 more day on Friday and weigh myself again on Fri. By the way I am really skinny still at 165 cuz I am very tall. I'll give an update soon.
