I dont recommend it, especially since I already have thin hair and I would likely go bald. But hey man, it works for others.
Don't listen to this. Research has shown that the average beginner lifter can put on 15-25 pounds of muscle mass in the first year of proper lifting and nutrition.

I completely agree with him, dont think I am some kinda expert on anything. When I say huge I mean he went from 140lbs to 260lbs all muscle. That likely isnt your goal anyway, I just havent seen anyone else really stick to it.

I's 6 ft 8, 19 years old and weigh 240 pounds, with 6% body fat. Believe it or not around 2 years ago i only just started to do something about my body, i was still very tall, around 6 ft 6 but weighed around 190 pounds, so was quite skinny. A lot of the advice already given is useful and some isnt, but realistically everyone is different and you need to find out what works best for you. After trying numerous diet plans, weight routines and supplements, i have come up with the perfect mix for my body type that has allowed me to put on 45 pounds of muscle in just over 2 years, and i shall share it with you guys:

Supplements: I take omega 3 fish oil tablets x2 a day, multivitamin x1 a day, BCAA's x3 a day, 5g creatine serving x2 a day (before and after workout) and a mix of around 40g whey protein and 40g dextrose x2 a day.

Weight routine: Split my workouts into muscle groups, day1: chest, day2:legs, day3:arms/shoulders, day4: rest, day5:legs, day6:back, day7:rest. Keep the rep range around 6-8 per set, no more than 4 sets, this should allow you to work with a heavy weight to apply maximum work on the muscles.

Diet: 6 meals a day, try to keep away from sugars and saturated fats, of the total calorific intake for the day: 60% carbs, 25%protein, 15%fats.

    Hope this helps guys.

Bro, I vouch 100% to body fitness. I'm only 5'6'' tall, when I was a fitness trainer, my body rocked! Girls would even touch me just to say, I like the way your muscles shape (that's arms). I used to have dates (1 every day of the week!).. now that I became a couch potato, and even though I have a good game, God only knows how many chicks I have lost cause I am so tiny.. I wouldn't date myself..lol.. Am back to the gym now and I keep telling myself, time to rock has come. So, for those guys who are still stuck in he early, early days of PUA back to Mystery and Style's age, that was then! The world has evolved, people are more into looks than back then, and it's about time we woke up to one reality. Just like you want the hottest chic out there, she also wants the hottest dude out there. Would you date a fat, out of shape chic who is absolutely intelligent, holds so many High Values, and has got the cutest of faces? Your answer, applies to you, too.. Happy getting fit!

Great advice and it's all worth it when you have a great body.

This thread is a bit ridiculous in my opnion, here's why:

I'm pretty skinny (6', 155lbs).. I'm not lanky but I'm definitely not muscley, and I like my body this way. I've been with plenty of girls who claim they like guys that are big and have muscles etc. But guess what, it's not the muscles they like, it's the idea of them. I have just as much confidence about my body and how I look, if not more, than the guy in the muscle shirt with the 15" arms.. And I've slept with the same girl who shut him down, on more than one occasion.

Women like to feel safe and protected, remember? Bigger guys, and guys that are in shape trigger the female attraction switch that seeks safety and protection. If you are confident in your body and the way you look, it doesn't matter how skinny you are.. YES work out but work out to be in shape, only get big and ripped if that's something you want for yourself, don't do it for girls.. You are working backwards by doing this. That's great that it makes you feel better to have muscles, but it's also creating a block if you ever slip and become fat or skinny again.

Telling people that women are generally more attracted to fat guys than skinny guys is complete bullshit. Yea you should look good, and I agree if you are well under weight you should be trying to put on some pounds so that you can more easily feel confident in the way you look. Be comfortable in your own skin, get in shape, become stronger, be able to run a mile without getting tired etc.. But never buy into the idea that you need a six pack to get 9's and 10's. That is horseshit and counter productive.

Big muscles simply convey an idea to females, and that is what is most attractive about them. They might help you attract but closing is another story. Don't forget that.

I had no problems with HB9's getting make outs and K-close back when I was starting out and still skinny. I had a French girl literally tell me "You are so dang skinny it makes me sick why don't you join a Gym? I would never date a skinny guy like you." And this is coming from a tiny little cute French girl with a gorgeous rack about an 8. But anyway I joined the Gym after that and went from 155lbs to 182lbs in one year. I have filled out quite a bit since I was last approaching and now got 14.5 inch biceps. But I did it because I was tired of hearing about the buff look. Why do you think 10's are obsessed with big muscles? Why do they drone on and on till the sun is gone about buff guys being dreamy hunks? I was so sick of that and think it's pretty shallow but I cracked none the less. Now a Gym lifer and never looking back. Honestly though why do the 10's think buff guys are like Superman? Is that a little demanding? I say do whatever makes you happy. If you like being skinny find girls that like thin guys. Being buff sucks you get super hot a lot like you want to rip your shirt off, your jeans make you feel like a ballerina cuz they are so dang tight, and your larges now look like smalls on you. Makes you feel different but a little more secure in yourself. So there are perks and downsides to it.
