Default Building a body as a skinny guy

Girls find too skinny guys even less attractive than too fat guys. I guess that has to do with the dominance big men express.

So as a skinny guy, you want to become a little more muscular and muscled. I myself was always the smallest and skinniest guy is class. The boys with an average height and body could fold their hand around the thickest place of my arm. So yeah, that's pretty skinny. I started working out a couple of years ago. I started, quit, started, quit etc. I never got anywhere.

I started working out full body 2-3 times a week three months back. I combined it with eating healthy and regularly, and bought weight gainer and whey. The first gives you an extra layer of fat to burn, so you won't burn your muscle. The latter is the basic material muscles are built from. You need this as skinny people burn fat very quickly so you won't have enough. Whey is needed to build muscle.

Yesterday someone told me that i was really muscled (in front of a girl, whose eyes began to shine at me ) and that he wanted to have my body. A great compliment, considering where i came from. Hoping not to sound arrogant, I have to agree with him when I look in the mirror.

My advice to short skinny guys is to do the same: hit the gym. A great body triggers attraction for a short-term sexual relationship. Use the weight gainer and whey. I drink one shake of each of them a day. WG before working out, whey after. Also make sure that you don't work out at home. I have done that, and so does the guy who complimented me, but a gym is 10x more effective. Last year when I did the same (another time I quit) I went on vacation and could just see and feel the women staring at me. As I had fear of approaching women and no game, it didn't turn into anything. I'm hoping to do a LOT better this year.

Don't give up after a couple of times. It's like a barrier you have to go through. The pain will lessen after a couple of work outs and if you keep a disciplined schedule, you should get accustomed to it and not minding to go to the gym anymore. You'll start liking it.

Best of luck out there. Pain is gain.

Well yeah i see you have read the Game so you know that part in the beginning where Style is so amazed because all these pick up and dating guru's are guys who are just skinny flipflops and "You can put them on Long Beach and they get run over by these muscled assholes. But put them in a bar with hot girls and they are king in his own kingdom." I also recall, while writing this that "Some men are just giants and very scary in a streetfight, but those same men are scared of a little blonde sitting at the bar."

Looks are deceiving and they dont mean sh1t if you take it to a deeper level. Although it is good to be healty and keep your condition up because it does not only grows your muscles but it also trains your reflexes.

Indeed. But the goal of building a nice looking body is to make attraction easier. It's like peacocking. And its just one of the many weapons to attract women.

Those overly muscled guys that are scared of hitting on the blondes have the body, but lack most other requirements and therefore do not attract them. Looks only help. They don't do all the work.

Working out also increases your confidence and like you said, your reflexes. I feel good when I am in shape. And feeling good means performing better in all aspects of life.

    That's great. I'm glad I inspired someone

The most important thing is to not give up too quick. I grew quickly as I had already built and broken down my body before. It knew what it was up to.

Tell the gym instructors what your goals are and they'll assist you so you'll do so in a healthy way.

    Good luck!

Hey guys, i have a similar story here. I used to be really skinny, started weight training now am pretty lean. So as far as looks, i'm in , but i have little game which is why i'm here. I will admit though, that being fit is a great conversation starter or opener, one aspect girls really can't hide when they check you out. Virg, you hit the nail on the head on advice. I like how helpful people are here.

Buy a pull up bar. They are around 20dollars. There are many different exercises that you can do with it like pull ups situps dips and pushups. Those exercises work your biceps triceps pecs abs and your lats. The bar is very easy to put together then you can mount it on the door frame or take it off when ever you like. Pull up bars are not just for pull ups.

Also keep in mind; woman look for Men who they can show off, much the same way we do. Its like saying to other women look what I got; much the same way we do.

So as with peacocking and the such, build up your trophie body and, become the prize!
