New to the forums.
I have a passion for health and fitness. I'm very dedicated.
Most of the stuff I do/follow is non-mainstream i.e. not your typical fitness industry stuff.
I'm looking to do a bootcamp or two. Any recommendations or advice would be awesome. In turn I'm more than happy to help anyone out with health and fitness. I do a bit of personal training so getting people in shape is nothing new.
