    I firmly believe that a healthy and fit lifestyle to a sexy body can only be attained with DIET, ACTIVITY, and MOTIVATION.

    however, a strong portion of this that definitely makes a clear difference can start taking off pounds, and men here it is:

    ..........WATER!!!

    When i went through Basic Training after I enlisted in the Navy my Drill instructors wouldnt stop ordering us to hydrate. Wed be drinking about 8-16 ounces of water every hour. And most times we would feel so full of water that it just made doing everything else uncomfortable and made us moreso self conscious. However, with the right frequency there can never be enough water.

    So here are my tips, your choice of exercise/physical training aside.

    Drink 16 ounces right after you get up in the day.

    Drink at least 8 ounces every waking hour.

    A good rule of thumb is that each gulp roughly equals one fluid ounce

    If your pee isn't clear, it means that it could be more hydrated.

    SO DRINK!

    Good post. I try to always keep my pee clear as well. By substituting other drinks during the day (orange juice, pop, milk, etc) with water, you can reduce your caloric intake, increase your hydration and get better weight loss results

    Definitely agree that water will keep you hydrated, fill up your stomach, is a great substitute for sugary drink, and definitely help you in your weight loss endeavors.

    Coffee in the morning - in healthy moderation - is also great for stimulating your mind and metabolism.

    Taking CARBOHYDRATES out of your dinner and substituting it with PROTEIN will help as well.

    Staying active, even if it is in your back yard for 30minutes.

    Setting SMART goals for yourself, as in attraction, will encourage you to continue moving forward in your self-improvement endeavors.

    One of the easiest ways is simply don't eat much. There was a time a while back I was doing tonnes of video editing and I'd start on it after work and suddenly it would be 11pm so I'd just have a quick piece of toast and fruit for late dinner. This went on for a few weeks and I shed all my fat and didn't crave as big meals. IMO that is the fastest way. Also try having 5 small meals a day rather than 2-3 huge meals. I also agree about carbs but there are some things I can't give up!

    - Focus on fat burner foods. There is an article on this forum solely about these foods that is very helpful.

    - A 20-30 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout (skipping, sprinting, plyometrics, etc) is much more beneficial to weight loss than the treadmill.

    - 6 smaller portioned meals a day.

    - I found it easier to eat healthy if I chose certain meals and ate them regularly. You could find this boring, but it's effective.

    - If you smoke weed, learn how to control the munchies.

    i agree with everything you stated. some days i eat up to 10 meals all clean tho

    At it's most basic, losing weight is about burning more calories than you eat. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks and fruit cordials. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar. Cardio are best option for losing weight.

    Cardiovascular exercise is the most effective way to burn calories and get rid of belly fat. Cardio exercise is any kind of activity that gets your heart and lungs pumping and working hard over a period of time. Popular cardio activities include aerobics, running and biking. Try to fit in 30 to 45 minutes of cardio per day, six days a week. Exercise for at least 30 minutes in order for your body to start burning your belly fat. To achieve optimal performance, take one day off each week so that your body can rest and recover.

    Do exercises to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles. Your core area is composed of the abdominal, lower back and chest muscles that wrap around your body. Muscles help to boost your metabolism and make it easier to get rid of fat. By building the muscle strength of your core, your body will naturally start to burn more belly fat. Examples of core exercises include yoga or Pilates classes. You can also do sit-ups, crunches and push-ups to strengthen your abdominal and chest muscles. Studies have shown that when your stress level rises, your body releases high levels of the hormone cortisol, which directly results in increased appetite and fat production in the belly area. Not getting enough sleep also slows down the production of insulin in your body, which means that your body will be less able to burn off calories. Avoiding alcohol right before you sleep and creating new habits such as taking walks, drinking fewer caffeinated products and consistently monitoring your stress level will help to keep your body in balance and burn your belly fat quickly.

    I did a huge self improvement mode about a year ago.
    I was a little chubby, burned off 30 pounds or so in less than 2 months

    The thing is, its all about what you eat. try to eat as little as you can. And what you eat, try to make it as filling as possible while as little calories as possible. Veggies, Fruits, etc. It becomes fun.

    I dont mean become anorexic. Just dont eat if youre not hungry. Eat a sandwitch, and every little bit that you eliminate helps. No mayo? Okay. No double layers of bread? Okay

    In addition, dont eat any sweets. thats what really makes you gain fat

    For better weight loss procurement need to follow the steps here given below
    1. Control the diet
    2. Eat less oil contained food
    3. Fat foods are not preferable
    4. Eat time to time without any delay
    5. Preferred to eat pressure cooked food than the fried food
    6. walking and exercise is needed
    7. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits
    8. Outside food is not preferable
